If you are an administrative employee, complete the statement regarding access to the protected network, sign it and deliver it to LubMAN UMCS offices (Main Library of UMCS, "built-in part", 1st floor, room no. 21a).
The statement form can be found at www.lubman.umcs.pl in the "For Employee / Procedures /Protection of software and data in information systems operating in the protected network".

If you need access to advanced functions of the SAP, USOS systems due to your duties, you have to establish with the immediate superior the needs of your workplace unit in this area, and then using a special form submit an application for granting these rights in accordance with the procedure set out in Regulation No. 12/2022 of the Rector of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin of February 17, 2022 amending Regulation No. 33/2008 of the Rector of UMCS of 4 July 2008 on ensuring proper protection of software and data in information systems operating in the protected system of UMCS IT network - the document can be found in the search engine of legal acts available at www.akty.umcs.pl.
