If you work in the UMCS administration, you will receive a work computer for work. To log in to its system, use your UMCS account ID and password.
If you do not work in the UMCS administration, you can have a work computer if your unit orders it. You can create your own account on it. For security reasons, we recommend that it is not an account with system administrator privileges.
Any person who works at UMCS and uses a work computer can order a Windows operating system from us (Check how to order Windows [PL]).
You must have an antivirus program on your computer (See how to order an antivirus [PL]).
You can also have on your computer, if your position requires it:
In exceptional situations, you can access VPN to remotely connect to the UMCS network from outside the University (More information about VPN [PL]).
If you work at a faculty:
Contact your faculty's IT specialist (See list of people).
