"Life-copers. About problems and how to deal with them" is an obligatory adaptation lecture for first-year students starting academic education at UMCS.The aim of the lecture is to familiarize students with:
functioning in adulthood and coping with difficulties
coping at university
the specifics of psychological crises and dealing with them.
The lecture will be on line on Virtual Campus Platform
Lecture is a requirement for all I year students in IR (BA) Program
Prof.dr hab. Katarzyna Klimkowska ia an expert in the field of preventive psychology, andragogy (methods and principles used in adult education); coach specialising in a Solution-Focused Approach.
