Recruitment to the Doctoral School of Humanities and Art in the academic year 2025/2026 will take place according to the following schedule:
July 1, 2025- opening of the Recruitment Service System;
August 28, 2025 - last day of registration through the Recruitment Service System;
August 28, 2025 - deadline for the submission of the Candidates' documents, ul. Weteranów 18, 20-038 Lublin
The Doctoral Schools' Office must receive documents sent via the post office no later than August 28, 2025. In the case of foreigners residing outside Poland, it is necessary to send scans of full documentation to the ED system.
Documents submitted in person are accepted from:
Mo - Tu from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
We - Th from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m
September 2-7, 2025 - First stage of recruitment
September 8-12, 2025 - Interviews with Candidates
September 15, 2025 - Announcement of the results
