The Student Scientific Club of Phytochemists established at the Department of Plant Physiology in 2016 brings together students interested in phytochemistry, i.e. a scientific approach to herbs and herbal medicine.

Main goals and tasks of the Club

  • extension of the knowledge of the practical application of plant materials in cosmetics and medicine
  • investigations of biologically active substances in plants
  • creation of an academic cooperation platform for students interested in phytochemistry
  • popularisation of knowledge in the field of phytochemistry
