Who can apply in the 2nd round?
Applications can be submitted by students who have been admitted to the following programmes in the 2025/2026 academic year:
- 1st year of first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies
- 1st year of second-cycle (Master’s) studies
- 1st year of long-cycle Master’s studies
When and how to apply?
Application period: from 6 to 18 August 2025 Where to apply: only via the USOSweb system Please note: paper applications will not be accepted.
2nd round schedule:
6–18 August 2025 – submit your application in USOSweb After 21 August 2025 – check the results of the allocation process in USOSweb By 26 August 2025 – confirm in the system whether you want to move into the dormitory (if you fail to confirm by the deadline, you will lose your place) By 29 August 2025 – pay the deposit/booking fee – PLN 400. You will find the account number in USOSweb: COMMON SECTION → Payments → University bank accounts (if you fail to pay on time, you will lose your place. You will be able to reapply only after the check-in process is completed in October – if any spots are still available).
Do you need to attach any additional documents in USOSweb? Yes – if you are in one of the following situations:
- you hold a disability certificate,
- you are a single parent (biological or adoptive),
- you are married,
- you are an orphan or were raised in a single-parent family due to the death of one or both parents.
Where to upload the documents in the system? In USOSweb – on screen 4, attach a document confirming your special circumstances:
- disability certificate,
- child’s birth certificate,
- marriage certificate,
- death certificate of parent(s).
Important! If you are blind or have serious mobility issues, please describe this in the justification section on screen 9 in USOSweb. This may allow you to be allocated a dormitory room with appropriate facilities.
