Application for short-time studies

In order to submit an application, start by choosing the programme in the list.

Click on the "Sign up" button to create a new enrollment application.

If you don't have an account you will have to create it first. After you sign in, go to the registration page and click the "Sign up" button again.

You won't be able to sign up until you provide required personal details.

To create your application you have to provide your ESI (European Student Identifier).

Your ESI should be provided on your Learning Agreement.
If you created your Learning Agreement on https://learning-agreement.eu, then your ESI is your e-mail address provided in this service.
Otherwise please ask your university Erasmus coordinator or technical staff.

Before you submit your application you have to provide additional information.

To print out the application form provide other information first and click on "Documents and further steps".

Download the application form. Sign it.

Go to the "required documents" question.

 

Upload a photocopy of ecery required document. You may need to create a pdf file if a document has more than one page.

 

You have to submit your application. Otherwise it won't be considered.
