Faces of Poland Contest - Application Form

FACES OF POLAND - APPLICATION FORM

The Faces of Poland contest allows applicants to compete for a tuition-free place as well as discounts on tuition fees at UMCS. Applicants aged 17-25 will test their knowledge of Polish history and culture. The contest will take place in Morogoro, Tanzania on 21st of February. There will be 30 questions (both open and closed) and the contestants will 30 minutes to complete the test. In order to sign up for the Faces of Poland contest please fill out the application form. Remember to submit your data accordingly to the information found in your passport or your ID.

Not providing the data results in the inability to sending the Application Form. I am aware of my rights stemming from the provisions of law, including the right to withdraw my consent, and I am also aware that such withdrawal shall not affect the legality of actions which will have been taken before the consent is withdrawn.
