Application Procedure

Students are nominated by the coordinators at their home university. The International Student Office at UMCS should then be notified about these nominations via e-mail. Nominated students are requested to submit the following documents:

  1. Application form 
  2. Learning Agreement - information on courses can be obtained from faculty coordinators or downloaded from faculty websites
  3. Transcript of Records
  4. A photocopy of the applicant’s passport
  5. Two passport-size photographs
  6. Application Form for Accommodation only if a student wants us to book a room (double-occupancy rooms, single rooms are not available) in the university's student residence hall
  7. Statement on Personal Data Processing (PDPA Statement)
  8. A photocopy of insurance document 

All the required documents should be sent by e-mail to the International Student Office at UMCS:; by 31st Mayfor the 1st (winter) semester or full year or by 15 November for the 2nd (spring) semester (given the outbreak of COVID 19, we will be flexible with the deadlines),
