Application Procedure

International students are nominated by the coordinators at their home university. The International Student Office at UMCS should then be notified about these nominations via e-mail.

The nominated students are requested to submit the following documents:

  1. Application form 
  2. Learning Agreement - information on courses can be obtained from faculty coordinators or downloaded from faculty websites
  3. Transcript of Records
  4. A photocopy of the applicant’s passport
  5. Two passport-size photographs
  6. Application Form for Accommodation only if a student wants us to book a room in one of the University's student residence halls (double-occupancy rooms only; single rooms are not available),
  7. Statement on Personal Data Processing (PDPA Statement)
  8. A photocopy of the applicant’s insurance document.

All the required documents should be sent by e-mail to the International Student Office at UMCS:  by: 31st May for the 1st (winter) semester or full year or by15 November for the 2nd (spring) semester.  (given the outbreak of COVID-19, we will try to be flexible with the deadlines though).
