Research interests

Functional characteristics of proteins involved in biosynthesis and transport of exopolysaccharide (EPS) of the soil bacterium Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. trifolii and analysis of factors influencing subunit biosynthesis, their polymerization and EPS molecular weight.

Human genetic diseases, genetic diagnostics, pharmacogenetics.
