HR Excellence in Research

The training will take place on February 9, at 9:00-10:30 on the MS Teams platform.

It will be conducted by Ms Anna Kucharska, psychologist, employee of the State Labour Inspectorate, District in Lublin.

During the training, the following issues will be discussed:

• mobbing versus discrimination and harassment - similarities and differences,
• mobbing - definitions, characteristics,
• mobbing and behaviors frequently confused with it, types of mobbing,
• reasons of mobbing,
• people exposed to mobbing,
• mobbing characteristics,
• results of mobbing,
• ways of preventing it.

The training will be followed by a telephone consultation.
