Antidiscrimination training for male and female employees of the University of Warsaw


Dear All,

In connection with Resolution No. XXV - 19.27/22 of the Senate of the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin dated September 28, 2022 on the introduction of the Gender Equality Plan and the need to implement the recommendations contained therein (for more information, please visit: Equality at the UMCS) at the University of Maria Curie Sklodowska, by the decision of the JM Rector Prof. Dr. Radoslaw Dobrowolski, an Anti-Discrimination Training is introduced. 

The training is mandatory for all female and male employees - academic and non-academic, including managers and those responsible for the recruitment process of new female employees of the University. It is provided in the form of an online course on the Virtual Campus platform and is available at: https://kampus.umcs.pl/course/view.php?id=27168  We kindly ask managers of organizational units to make computers available to service staff.

The training materials have been prepared by the University Equality Team.

You are welcome to implement the training from February 19 to April 30, 2024.

Technical problems related to the operation of the course on the Virtual Campus should be reported to the Office for Remote Learning.

NOTE: In order to complete the training, it is necessary to read the Anti-Discrimination Procedure at UMCS and solve the final test. After solving the final test with a positive result, a Certificate is generated, which does not need to be printed. Information about the completion of the training will be automatically forwarded to the UMCS Human Resources Office.
