Artur is Full Professor at University of Marie Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin. Dean of the Faculty of  Arts for the years 2012-2016. He specializes in Etching, Painting and Illustration.
Artistic achievements:
  • Author of over 100 catalogue, book, poster and job designs,
  • Winner of several prestigious prizes and distinctions for Graphics and Painting,
  • Arrangement of over 85 individual exhibitions, e.g.: the Gallery of the Polish Institute, Bratislava, Slovakia 2000, 1112 Gallery, Chicago, USA 1999-2013; Director's Guild of America, Los Angeles, USA, 2000; Unlimited Art Gallery Charlotte, USA 2002, Montante Performance Hall, Buffalo, USA, 2013, Oglesby Union Gallery - Tallahassee, FL USA,
  • Participation in over 70 international exhibitions, and over 100 collective exhibitions,
  • Co-operation with The New Daily in New York, as a graphic artist and an illustrator,

ALICJA SNOCH-PAWLOWSKA

Alicja is an Associate Professor at University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin, where she is Dean of the Faculty of Arts.  She is also a Member of Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP) and International Print Triennial Society in Cracow (SMTG). She specializes in Intaglio Printmaking.
Artistic achievements:
  • 9 international awards and distinctions, 9 individual exhibitions, 60 group exhibitions in Poland, 130 international competitions and group exhibitions
  • 2014 jury member of 13th Lessedra World Art Print Annual – Sofia, Bulgaria
  • 2016 jury member of 2nd International 'Enter into Art' Installations – Kulturbunker, Cologne, Germany
  • 2018 jury member of 9th Painting & Mixed Media Competition – Sofia, Bulgaria

 

AGNIESZKA ZAWADZKA

Agnieszka Zawadzka has been living in Lublin all her life. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and presently she works for her home university. She is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers. She holds a Ph.D. in fine arts specializing in graphics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (2006) and habilitation at University of Arts in Poznań (2018). Her academic and creative interests are focused on graphics and illustration, as well as on the relationship between the word and the image in the authorial book. She regularly takes part in exhibitions, graphic competitions, international academic conferences and artistic plein-air workshops. She is a co-author of innovatory artistic-educational projects aimed at integration of persons with hearing impairment. As a participant of the Erasmus Program, she has conducted classes in Šiauliai University in Lithuania.

KAROL POMYKAŁA

Karol Pomykała – artist, engraver, graphic designer. He creates his works mainly in linocut technique, combining traditional graphic art with the new technologies. He is also involved in digital art and advertising. He participated in many international exhibitions such as: 7th Ulsan Woodcut Festival in South Korea, Guanlan International Print Biennial in China, 10th and 11th International Graphic Art Prize Jesus Nunez in Spain and International Print Triennial in Turkey, Austria, Sweden and Cracow. His works were rewarded with more than a dozen prestigious prizes and honorary prizes among which the greatest was the Grand Prix in the International Print Triennial in Cracow. Linocuts of Karol Pomykała are displayed in museums and private collections in Poland and overseas.

Andrzej specializes in Printmaking and works in his Alma Mater as Assistant in Itaglio and Experimental Graphics Studio. He is also a Member of Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP), and since 2019 a Member of the Board of this Association. His other engagements include designing promotional materials for cultural events and running graphic workshops for children and youth.

  • Over 30 exhibitions, mostly international, including 6 individual. His artworks were presented in Turkey, Argentina, Ukraine, Romania, Spain, Bulgaria, Italy and China.

Michał specializes in Graphic Design and Illustration and runs his own creative studio since 2013.  He is an expert in the field of branding, visual identity, package design and scenography. His work also includes cooperation with other designers, and often leading brands on the regional and national market.
