Main responsibilities

· Supporting existing and emerging projects across our business lines.
· Support process reengineering projects within transformational programmes across Consumer, Wholesale, Risk or Payments.
· Drive broader change initiatives that achieve standardisation of key processes.
· Conduct analysis and interpretation on management information, including financials, operations performance and risks and issues monitoring.
· Support the innovation agenda through delivery of use cases (i.e., business problems to fix), research on market practices and driving innovation culture in Global Operations.
· Work within our Risk Operations business who help ensure we fully understand our customers, their business and purpose of our relationship with them and enable our lines of business to work with customers confidently and safely.

Benefits

Start date: July 2024

Location: Krakow
Working mode: hybrid
Contract: 2-year employment contract, later extended for a permanent contract in a role equivalent to the level of manager or senior
Salary: 9460 PLN gross / month
