Mission: Clickmagic is on a mission to double our Upwork revenue by the end of the year. We’re looking for a dedicated Junior Sales Specialist to join our team, someone who is adept at navigating the Upwork platform, sending proposals, and answering inbound proposals, all while maintaining robust follow-ups with current prospects. Your primary mode of communication with customers will be through Upwork messages, and a solid understanding of digital marketing is required to excel in this role.

Client Acquisition: Increase our client base by 50% in 6 months.Average Sales Price: Work towards increasing the average sales price by 50%.

Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation is timely and accurately maintained.

Salary Growth: Achieve consistent salary growth through successful sales performances, aligning with company goals and revenue targets.
