At Solenis, we are embarking on a journey of growth and expansion, and we are currently seeking a talented team member to join our dynamic EMEA VAT Compliance & Reporting team in Warsaw.

As the team expands, we aim to onboard a proactive and skilled individual who will play a vital role in our ongoing success as a VAT Assistant.This position will report to the VAT Supervisor and will work closely with the rest of the tax and finance team in EMEA.

As a VAT Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the EMEA VAT Compliance & Reporting team in preparing and filing VAT returns, Intrastat reports, and EC Sales Lists for selected EMEA countries, involving data extraction and analysis from SAP.
- Assisting in reconciling and cleaning up VAT accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
- Documenting, implementing, and improving procedures and information flows to facilitate VAT return generation.
