The Council’s activity

The fundamental aim of the Young Scientists Council is to support young researchers by means of:

  1. the mobilisation and integration of the community of young researchers, including doctoral students and students, developing academically at UMCS and representing other institutions;

  2. organising events conducing to a scholarly dialogue, the exchange of experiences and to increasing competences;

  3. the preparation of changes proposals and solutions facilitating young scholars’ professional growth and research;

  4. the identification of problems hindering young researchers’ academic development and the search for effective solutions.

The Young Scientists Council is open to diverse forms of academic cooperation and greatly encourages contact.
