 100% cancellation: request received by May 1, 2024

 50% cancellation: request received after May 1, 2024 and no later than May 31, 2024

 No refund: cancellation request received after May 31, 2024

Students:

A special discounted registration rate is offered for full-time students. Delegates registering as students must show their student identification at the registration desk when they collect their badge.

Students are requested to confirm their student status by sending a photo of their student identity card to oxizymes2024@mail.umcs.pl.

Accompanying persons:

Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. They will be able to access the exhibition area, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.

A conference participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts for 1 conference fee.

Terms and Conditions:

• By registering for the conference you hereby agree to the terms and conditions.
• The organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the program, date, and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
• The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
• The organizer reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. The organizer will have no further liability to the client.
• Registrations remain valid for events with new dates or future editions if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond the organizer's control. A refund policy is not applicable in this condition.
• In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the cancellation news on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
• Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. We advised to keep checking the website for updates on our conference.
• The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
