It is with great pleasure that we inform about another scientific publication by dr Krzysztof Bartoszek (Department of Hydrology and Climatology, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University). This is the first in a series of publications on the causes of changes and the methodology of measuring the time of direct solar radiation inflow to the Earth's surface.
