First round of accommodation application for 2020/21 academic year

The procedure of applying for on-campus housing for 2020/21 academic year starts on Monday, 22nd of June and lasts until Monday, 20th of July 2020.

During the first round of application only the following groups of students can apply:

a). current students:

  • I to IV-year students of long-cycle programmes,
  • I, II-year bachelor’s degree students (3-year programmes),
  • I, II and III-year engineer’s degree students (3,5-year programmes),
  • I-year students of second-cycle (master’s degree) programmes,

b).  current doctoral students as well as doctoral schools’ students.

Applications for on-campus housing should be submitted ONLY via the USOSweb system. Follow the link below to see the application guide:

It is not necessary to print out and submit a paper form of your application!

At the same time, we would like to inform you that students who apply for accommodation on the special basis, i.e. persons with disabilities, single parents, students’ marriages, orphans and half-orphans, are obliged to attach a scan of the document confirming this circumstance (the certificate of disability, copy of the child's birth certificate, copy of the marriage certificate, copy of the parent's death certificate) on Page 6 in the USOSweb system.

Applicants who are visually impaired, use a wheelchair or walk on crutches should indicate this fact on Page 4 in the USOSweb system.

After 25th of July 2020, the Commission for Dormitories will publish the results of the first round of applications for on-campus housing in the USOSweb system.

The choice of assigned places must be confirmed ONLY on the USOSweb platform by 15th August 2020 at the latest.
