Intercultural Home Breakfast for residents of UMCS dormitories!
Dear Students,
We are pleased to inform you that this Sunday (19.04.2020 from 10.30), packages with traditional Easter breakfast will be delivered to both our students currently residing in the UMCS dormitories and staff on duty at the reception in celebration of the Orthodox Easter.
It should be emphasized that several hundred people currently staying in UMCS student dormitories are primarily foreign students, who will celebrate Easter on Sunday. We are aware that due to the prevailing pandemic our students could not return home to spend time with the family, therefore, we are determined to ensure that none of our residents at our dormitories during this special time will be left without a festive meal.
About 500 packages of holiday breakfasts prepared by the "Trojka" academic canteen will be delivered by members of the Academic Legion of UMCS right at the student residences.
The breakfast sets will include, among others: soup "żurek" with eggs, the second course: potatoes, fish and salad, and "Paska" an Easter bread.
The sealed packages will be delivered to each dormitory on every floor of the building and distributed as per the following schedule listed below:

The initiator of the event is the Promotion Center of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in cooperation with the Academic Legion of UMCS.
