On October 2-8, 2022, the dean of the Faculty of Economics, dr hab. Mariusz Kicia participated in a study visit to the Erasmus University Rotterdam, together with over a dozen other representatives of the management staff of Polish universities. The visit was part of the project "Leaders in University Management" run by the Polish Ministry of Education and Science. During five days of workshops, discussions and presentations, managers from Erasmus University in Rotterdam shared their experiences on creating positive societal impact, measuring this impact, sustainable university development, internationalization and supporting students in achieving their personal goals. On the last day of the visit, the participants discussed the possibilities of using Dutch experiences and solutions in Polish universities. Some of them will be adapted and implemented at the Faculty of Economics.
