Student Council invites you to the conference „What’supEconomy”

On 16-17 May 2023, the Faculty of Economics will host the second edition of the scientific conference “What’s up Economy” organized by the  Student Council of the Faculty of Economics . This year we are going further, because it will have nationwide coverage! Therefore, we would like to invite you to participate – actively in the form of your own speech and passively as an audience. The whole event will consist of three parts  

  1. outside speakers lectures,  
  2. breakout session,  
  3. students’ speeches.

Programme: 

Thuesday 16.05.2023 r., 2 nd lecture hall: 

  • 9:45 – 10:45 Adam Długokęcki, Ministry of Finance  
  • 11:00 – 11:40 Menager of Purchase Department and Recruitment Specialist , chain of stores Stokrotka  
  • 11:50 – 12:30 dr. Grzegorz Matysek, DORADCA Zespół Doradców Finansowo-Księgowych Sp. Z o.o. (financialadvisor )  
  • 12:40 – 14:00 Rafał Zaorski, BigShortBets.com  
  • 14:15 – 15:20 students’ speaches (detailed programme will be available on Monday, on event’s main page)  
  • 15:30 – 17:00 breakout session under the title "Use of Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies in Economy and Business", which will be attended by:

  • prof. hab. Tomasz Kijek,  
  • dr. Kamil Filipek,  
  • dr. Grzegorz Kwiatkowski,  
  • mgr Jacek Jakubczak – moderator  

Wednesday 17.05.2023 r., 3rd lecture hall:
