The Ordinance of the Rector
of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin
no. 104/2021
of December 10, 2021
on special solutions regarding the organisation of the process of education
at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University
between December 20, 2021, and January 9, 2022
Pursuant to Article 23, section 2, item 2 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478 as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Health of March 20, 2020, on announcing the state of the epidemic in the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 491 as amended) the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of September 27, 2018, on the studies (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 661), regarding the epidemical situation, it is ordered as follows:
§ 1
1. From December 20, 2021, to January 9, 2022, the education at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University shall be conducted remotely.
2. The present Ordinance shall apply to every form of education conducted at the University.
§ 2
The ordinance shall become effective on the day of signature.
