The procedure of applying for on-campus housing (so-called third turn of application) for 2022/23 academic year starts on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
During the third turn of application, all students of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University who are interested in on-campus accommodation may submit their applications.
Students shall submit paper application forms that are available here.
Applications submitted before 14 September 2022 shall be considered as well.
Students who apply for accommodation on the special basis, i.e. persons with disabilities, single parents, students’ marriages, orphans and half-orphans, are obliged to attach a scan of the document confirming this circumstance (the certificate of disability, copy of the child's birth certificate, copy of the marriage certificate, copy of the parent's death certificate).
Applicants who are visually impaired, use a wheelchair or walk on crutches should indicate this fact on Page 9 in the USOSweb system. This action will help with the selection of the proper Dormitory.
Important dates:
- from September 14, 2022 – students submit applications until there are places available, the Commission for Dormitories reserves the right to provide information after September 26, 2022, after the end of the ongoing second round;
- by October 2, 2022 – students pay the deposit/booking fee (more information in the announcement).
Please familiarise yourselves with the Rector’s Announcement of 14 September 2022 on the rules of confirming the assigned places in the UMCS Residence Halls in the 2022/2023 academic year, in the second round of application.
