Outstanding, Maciej Cieciora achieves another distinction for Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin

Maciej Cieciora, a first-year student of International Relations at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, has been appointed director of the Communication Center of the Students' Parliament of the Republic of Poland starting the 15 th of March . We attribute this to the well-rounded experience, capability and knowledge imparted on our student.

In a short interview Maciej Cieciora emphasized - “I decided that it was time for me to give something back to students all over Poland, so I choose to join the team of Mateusz Grochowski, the President of the PSRP. So far I have worked for the local and academic communities of Lublin. My new involvement at the national level does not mean that I will give up on my previous activities for the university. On the contrary, I will try to attract national initiatives to our Alma Mater.

Maciej Cieciora is a 23-year-old student who actively participates in the social and academic life of our university. His ascent into the limelight began four years ago with organizing activities in the Student Journalism association, followed by his tenure with University's Student Government Board. In 2021, he received an award from the Student Parliament of the Republic of Poland "Pro Juvenes" in the category "Socially Involved Student". He currently sits on the Lublin City Students' Council.

We wish Maciej Cieciora continued success
