On the 13th of March 2018 the third and final workshop in Lublin was held. The event which was a part of the project "Practical Aspects of Civic Participation and Referendum in the Visegrad Group Countries after 1989" targeted representatives of the local NGOs as well as PhD students from the Department of Political Movements
