Seminar: Civic Participation in the V4 after 1989

Between 11th and 13th of October a seminar devoted to the issues of civic participation and referendum was held in Lublin. Organizers of the event, employees of the Department of Political Movements invited representatives of all univeristies participating in the project to take part in a series of events addressed to students, NGOs and local authorities of Lublin and Zamość.
