Dates & Deadlines for Candidates

Recruitment to the Doctoral School of Humanities in the academic year 2019/2020 will take place according to the following schedule:
 
15.07.2019 - Launching the Candidates' registration through Online Admission System (IRK);
19.08.2019 - Beginning of accepting Candidates' documents, ul. Weteranów 18, 20-038 Lublin;
23.08.2019 - Last day of registration through Online Admission System (IRK);
23.08.2019 - Completion of accepting documents from the Candidates. Doctoral School of Humanities (18 Weteranów, 20-038 Lublin) must receive  documents sent by post office no later than 23.08.2019;
02.09 - 07.09.2019 - interviews with Candidates in the following disciplines:
  • 02/09/2019 - Philosophy;
  • 03/09/2019 - History;
  • 04/09/2019 - Linguistics;
  • 05/09/2019 - Literature Theory and History;
  • 06/09/2019 - Culture and Religion Studies;
  • 07/09/2019 - Visual Arts and Conservation of Works of Art;
10.09.2019 - Meeting of the Recruitment Committee;
12.09.2019 - Announcement of the results.
 
Recruitment to the Doctoral School of Social Sciences in the academic year 2019/2020 will take place according to the following schedule:
 
17.06.2019 - Launching the Candidates' registration through Online Admission System (IRK);
17.06.2019 - Beginning of accepting Candidates' documents, ul. Weteranów 18, 20-038 Lublin;
20.07.2019 - Last day of registration through Online Admission System (IRK);
22.07.2019 - Completion of accepting documents from the Candidates. Doctoral School of Social Sciences  (18 Weteranów, 20-038 Lublin) must receive documents sent by post office no later than  22.07.2019. Foreigners can send scans of documents to the e-mail address of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences (agata.zietek@umcs.pl), documents must be submitted by the end of 22.07.2019;
27.07-31.07.2019 - interviews with Candidates in the following disciplines:
  • 27.07.2019 - Legal Sciences and Sociological Sciences; 
  • 29.07.2019 - Economy and Finances and Management and Quality Sciences; 
  • 30.07.2019 - Pedagogy and Psychology; 
  • 31.07.2019 - Social Communication and  Media, and Political Science and  Administration;

03.08.2019 - Announcement of the results.

29/07/2019 Registration of Candidates in the UMCS Online Application System (IRK System)  re-opens and reception of Candidates' documents starts at the Registration Office, School of Social Sciences, Address: ul. Weteranów 18, 20-400 Lublin, Poland

18/08/2019 Registration of Candidates in the UMCS Online Application System (IRK System) closes

18/08/2019 Reception of the documents from the Candidates closes.

Candidates can send scans of documents to  the Doctoral School of Social Sciences szkoladoktorska@umcs.pl, or to the Rector's Representative for Doctoral School of Social Science  agata.zietek@poczta.umcs.lublin.pl

20/08/2019 Interviews with Candidates for the Political Science and Public Administration Doctoral Program 

20/08/2019 Announcement of the list of admitted doctoral students.

17.06.2019 - Launching the Candidates' registration through Online Admission System (IRK);
17.06.2019 - Beginning of accepting Candidates' documents, ul. Weteranów 18, 20-038 Lublin;
19.07.2019 - Rector's Proxy for Doctoral School of Quantitative and Natural Sciences  appoints members of the Recruitment Subcommittee to carry out the evaluation of Candidates in each discipline;
19.08.2019 - Last day of registration through Online Admission System (IRK);
19.08.2019 - Completion of accepting documents from the Candidates. Doctoral School of Quantitative and  Natural Sciences (18 Weteranów, 20-038 Lublin) must receive  documents sent by post office no later than 19.08.2019;
23.08.2019 - Meeting of the Recruitment Committee to organize the recruitment process within the disciplines;
26.08-02.09.2019 - Interviews with Candidates in the following disciplines:

  • 27.08.2019 - Chemical Sciences;
  • 28.08.2019 - Sciences Connected with The Earth and The Environment;
  • 29.08.2019 - Mathematics;
