Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-year degree of EU studies preferably;
  • Advanced level of English (C1) and two official EU languages (C2);
  • Proven interest in European policies and developments;
  • Critical thinker, proactive, innovative, hands-on and solution-focused approach;
  • Ability to handle stress and communicate clearly on complex matters;
  • Organizational skills, including time management, prioritization and multitasking.
Main responsibilities

Job responsibilities

  • Answering directly to phone-calls or chats;
  • Drafting replies to email enquiries;
  • Identifying sensitive/complex enquiries and transfer them to second-line Support Services;
  • Communicating in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free language about all aspects of the European Union;
  • Dealing with citizens and businesses in a professional, friendly, service-oriented manner.
