The training - in a classroom format - was conducted by trainers, employees of Rudolf Steiner University College in Oslo: Prof. Marius Wahl Gran and Prof. Frode Barkved. The training was aimed at improving the competence of research and teaching staff and intensifying their further professional development. The classes were conducted in English, in four thematic areas: (1) Waldorf Schools - the historical background and intentions of Rudolf Steiner; (2) Anthroposophy. Rudolf Steiner, spiritual learning as inspiration for education; (3) Going into the Waldorf Curriculum through paining-exercises. Examples of educational goals, tasks and content. Methodology and didactics of teaching in Waldorf schools; (4) The spatial dimension of Waldorf Education, Rudolf Steiner's impulse in art and architecture.

The professionalism of the trainers, interesting lecture sessions, discussions, workshops, and the so-called "virtual walks" allowed for the full realization of the goals assumed in the project. The participants of the training expanded their way of teaching, enriched their knowledge of Rudolf Steiner's pedagogy, and acquired substantive, methodological and organizational competence to conduct classes in the Waldorf model. In addition, Polish-Norwegian contacts were established and, in some cases, strengthened, both professionally and personally.
