What the steam engine did for the industrial worker, Growbots has done for the sales representatives!It seems like we’re good at it, as today there are over 600+ clients worldwide who love the product. In 2020 we've received a significant grant and started an R&D project to build a recommendation system for B2B sales. We aspire to become the #1 choice for SMBs worldwide to find new business opportunities with outbound. To help us fulfill our vision and pursue our mission, we are looking for a skilled Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist (junior/mid) to join our team!

Requirements and skills

We'd love to talk to you if you:

  • have at least 0,5-1 year of professional experience within tech / commercial recruitment & employer branding
  • know different ways of sourcing, market mapping and you enjoy it!
  • know how to catch people's attention in social media & you want to get better at itare fluent in English and Polishprefer to work in a fast-paced, startup culture
  • think end-to-end and have high level of ownership
  • like to have an impact and to turn your ideas into reality

Nice to have:

  • experience in managing various social media accounts (could be other company's or student's organisation account)
  • experience in creating candidates' content (e.g. blog posts, EB videos, careers website)
Main responsibilities

About the role

  • Your main focus areas would be recruitment (50%) and employer branding (50%).
  • Recruitment:making our candidates' experience a blast coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes (exploring recruitment needs with hiring managers, creating & promoting job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating different recruitment stages, giving feedback, offering)
  • researching the tech startup market, reaching out to and building the relationship with some of the best people in the industry
  • implementing best candidate experience practices managing recruitment marketing (promoting job postings, selection of suitable recruitment channels, staying up-to-date with EB/recruitment trends)
  • Employer branding:working on employer branding strategy so that we attract best talents to Growbots!
  • creating candidate content & coordinating our social media activity in terms of EB (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, maybe Tik Tok? )
  • cooperation with students' organisations, universities (should we get involved in some job fairs or maybe some cool students projects?)
  • support in organising internal events, integrations, retreats

Recruitment stages:

Intro call (20 min) - have a quick call with with Ola (People Operations Manager) so that we can make sure that our offer meets your expectations and vice versa!Home task (60 min) - prepare a short recruitment task for us so that we know what you're capable of :)

Technical interview (60 min) - hop on a tech video call with Ola & one of the Operations Team Members, who will tell you more about working in their team, discuss the recruitment task, get to know you more - what you need to thrive, your past challenges, and expectations regarding your future development!

Peer panel with 2 TLs/Managers (60 min) - talk to your future colleagues & stakeholders about Growbots, team values, your past experiences. Check if those are the people you want to cooperate with on a daily basis.

Executive interview (30 min) with Luke (our CEO) - we want you to be sure that you’ll find yourself aligned with our mission, culture & values!
