The Politics and Policies of EU-Asia Connectivity
On December 3rd, 2020, the SPEAC Jean Monnet Network project and the Department of International Political Economy of East Asia at the Faculty of East Asian Studies, RUB, will host an international online workshop.
We cordially invite you to take part in this international workshop that includes two sessions:
Tackling issues high on the agenda of European Asian policymakers in 2020 and beyond. The workshop aims at presenting and discussing the politics and policies of EU-Asia connectivity. When doing so the identification of actors and venues in global governance where Asian actors and the European Union act as partners will be addressed. By identifying and assessing the Asian region as a relevant partner, the workshop addresses important questions related to actorness, role conceptions, and policy issues in the context of EU-Asia relations.
