1. Cercosporoid fungi - biology, morphological, molecular and biochemical identification, the effect of oxidative stress on the metabolism of Cercospora species.
2. Species richness, taxonomy, biology and ecology of microscopic plant parasitic fungi.
3. Participation and role of parasitic fungi in the structure of natural plant communities, mainly mountain ones.
4. Impact of microscopic phytopathogenic fungi on the development of allergies in humans (NCN OPUS 2019/35/B/NZ6/00472 project).
