The University of Orléans, founded in 1306, is one of France’s oldest universities and hosts students from nearly 90 countries. It offers a lively campus experience with cultural events, sports, student associations, and excellent student services, including a Welcome Center for international students. The university is known for its strong focus on research and innovation, with 25 research units and close ties to regional and international industries.
