Recruitment timetable

  1. Online registration of candidates (IRK system) – till 1200, August 17, 2018 (https://irk.umcs.lublin.pl/)
  2. Documents filing – till 1300, August 22, 2018, (in the case of candidates from outside Poland scans of the documents should be provided to malgorzata.palasz@poczta.umcs.lublin.pl; the originals are to be provided before the exam). The documents are:

(a)  application form generated by IRK system,

(b)  brief description containing information about the graduation from the parent university (both 1st and 2nd degree studies, or 5-year master studies), topic and the results of the diploma dissertation, scientific interests within the chosen science and specialization,

(c)   copy of a honors degree certifying obtainment of 2nd degree qualifications along with a supplement, if it was delivered (originals should be available for inspection),

(d)  copy of a honors degree certifying obtainment of 1st degree qualifications along with a supplement, if it was delivered (originals should be available for inspection), or alternatively copy of a honors degree certifying completion of the 5-year master studies.

(e)  copy of ID card certified by Maria Curie-Skłodowska University or, in the case of candidates from outside Poland, a copy of passport,

(f)    current photograph consistent with the polish requirements effective in Poland when applying for ID.

(g)  other documents as described in appendix 1, in particular the description of the proposed project.
