3. Enter personal information,
4. Enter data on your status in Poland,
5. Enter contact information,
6. Fill in information regarding your education:
a) maximum 5 attachments (5 files) :
- master's diploma
- outline of the dissertation concept (Doctoral School of Humanities and Art, Doctoral School of Social Sciences)
- scientific CV or artistic CV (Doctoral School of Humanities and Art, Doctoral School of Social Sciences)
- list of scientific achievements (Doctoral School of Quantitaive and Natural Sciences)
- declaration of a choice of the research topics to the Doctoral School of Quantitative and Natural Sciences.
7. Enter information about your identification document ( passport or ID card).
