BIP for Students: "Sustainability of Student Organisations” at VILNIUS TECH

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the upcoming ATHENA Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on “Sustainability of Student Organisations”, hosted by VILNIUS TECH!

For Who?

This BIP is specifically designed to support and foster collaboration between ATHENA alliance students and the ATHENA Student Board, in particular. It focuses on the development and sustainability of student organisations such as Students’ Representation, Student Council, ESN, Volunteer organisations, and similar groups.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore student organisation models from ATHENA partner universities and gain valuable insights from experts in organisational management and social networks.

Target group:  members of the ATHENA Student Board, Students’ Representation, ESN ATHENA, Buddy groups, etc.

Programme dates:

  • Virtual session: 13 October 2025
  • Onsite week at VILNIUS TECH: 20-24 October 2025

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Credits: 3 ECTS in “Organisational Behaviour and Leadership“

The program includes:

  • Interactive workshops
  • Networking sessions
  • Cultural activities in Vilnius

How to Apply?

  1. Make sure you can attend all the sessions, both online and on-site.
  2. Contact your Erasmus faculty coordinator or UMCS Erasmus Office for details and to obtain approval for participation.
  3. Fill in the form.

Application deadline: June 13, 2025

Important Information

  • BIP is open to students from ATHENA partner universities
  • Attendance in both the virtual and onsite sessions is mandatory
  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation (registered participants will receive useful links and recommendations)
  • Please contact your home university's International Relations Office regarding funding support for travel and living costs
