The Senate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin adopted the Code of Ethics of an Academic Teacher of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin at a sitting on 26 May 2021. The Code refers to the ethical principles that should be followed by every academic teacher at UMCS as a scientist, lecturer and educator. All academic teachers employed at UMCS are obliged to familiarize themselves with the document and to follow the rules contained therein. The Code was prepared by the Monitoring Team for the Implementation of HR Excellence in Research Strategy at UMCS, consulted several times and agreed with a broad circle of stakeholders – UMCS scientists.
