The initiative of holding periodic meetings with scientists with recognized achievements at home and abroad is being carried out as part of the implementation of the strategy for scientists: HR Excellence in Research.
This time the lecture will be given by Prof. Stefan Franzen - a prominent specialist in biophysical and biological chemistry, head of the research group at the Department of Chemistry at North Carolina State University - North Carolina State University, USA.
The lecture will be held on May 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm in room D 332 (3rd floor) in the building of the Institute of Computer Science (Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, UMCS).
Prof. Stefan Franzen is the author of the acclaimed book entitled: "University Responsibility for the Adjudication of Research Misconduct. The Science Bubble," in which he addressed cases of falsification and fabrication of scientific results revealed by an investigation by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
