Anti-discrimination guidebook for students and employees of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin
We are pleased to announce that as part of the implementation of the HR Excellence in Research Strategy at UMCS, an anti-discrimination guidebok entitled "Respecting Myself, Accepting Others" has been developed.
In order to increase awareness, a sense of security for members of the academic community, as well as with the aim of ensuring high anti-discrimination standards at UMCS, an Anti-Discrimination Guidebook for students and employees at the university has been issued.
The guidebook provides practical information on what discrimination, stereotyping and prejudice are, the legal aspects of protection against discrimination and the procedure for dealing with such phenomena. The guidebook is available in Polish and English.
