The Faculty Council of the Student Council of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Spatial Planning is organizing a collection of items for refugees from Ukraine.
The Student Council collects:
for children - stationery, office supplies, educational items (e.g. crayons, pens, pencils, colored paper, paints, plasticine, coloring books),
long-term food (e.g. canned food, sweets, pasta),
hygiene items (e.g., soap, shampoo, toothpaste),
medical supplies (e.g., bandages, band-aids, plasters).
Only new items will be collected.
A container for collected items is set up in the main lobby of the Faculty.
The university is also conducting a collection of gifts and a cash collection " Maria Curie-Skłodowska University for Ukraine!" (link), a special UMCS for Ukraine page has also been launched.
