Hanna Spasowska-Czarny, Ph.D., paid on 4-10 July 2018 a study visit to Estonia as part of the project "The administrative law model of animal protection" funded by Polish NCN (decision no. DEC-2016/23/D/HS5/01820, contract no. UMO-2016/23/D/HS5/01820).
The study visit included a query of library resources and a series of meetings with academic staff of the Tallinn University (School of Governance, Law and Society) and the Tallinn University of Technology (Department of Law). The visit was aimed at obtaining legal acts and literature regarding the system of implementing the European Union law into the national legal order and the animal rights protection system in Estonia, and a discussion on legislative solutions adopted therein. The investigators of the project would hereby like to thank Mrs. Victoria Vinkler and Professor Lehte Roots for their great kindness, assistance and substantive comments.
