Our Requirements:

• Communicate in English is a must have (B2/C1)

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Experienced in MS office, mainly Excel (will be an advantage)

• Proactivity

Your Responsibilities:

• Support on proper process management (transport, or finance, or production planning)

• Support on operations (understanding E2E)

• Customer focus (resolution of customer’s queries, major discrepancies, vendor clarification, direct support)

• Improvements (root cause analysis in processes, problem solving)

• Reporting (help on account clearing, data management)

• Communication (report issues that may appear to customer and local team)

• Support on data management
