We kindly inform that the equipment base of our Institute has been extended by the newly purchased spectrophotometer 3ColorSFX50 used for color analysis of loose materials, granulates, pastes and liquids.
This equipment is one of the investments planned for implementation under the grant "Global, regional and local paleoclimatic and palaeoenvironmental factors in Ukrainian loess-soil sequences along the Dnipro valley - from proximal areas to distal periglacial zone" financed under the NCN OPUS 16 competition. The project manager is Prof. Dr. hab. Maria Łanczont(Department of Geomorphology and Palaeogeography UMCS).
The person directly involved in the research of loess deposits using this equipment will be Dr hab. Przemysław Mroczek.
