New opening days of Lumina Park in the UMCS Botanical Garden

Have you been to the UMCS Botanical Garden and seen Lumina Park - "Botanical Journey"? If not, then you have the opportunity to see "Botanik" in its new winter version a little longer, until the end of February this year.

When the days are shorter and the nights are still long, it is worth taking a "Botanical Journey" around the world, that is, multimedia walk through a fairy-tale land among the beautiful vegetation of the Lublin Botanical Garden. By getting to know the trees and shrubs of different continents, we can simultaneously discover other sceneries conjured up with light, sound and multimedia effects.

From Thursday to Sunday (until 27th February), just after dusk, in Lublin's Lumina Park, many light attractions await visitors, including a red bus, colourful balloons, bicycles, magic mushrooms, stars and birds, which are exciting scenery for unique shots. The kilometre-long educational trail consists of 18 stations, built of 20,000 light points and 20 km of electrical installations, for which 120 floodlights were used. However, it is not everything! Apart from the visual effects, the "Botanical Journey" participants can also count on many sound attractions.

Lublin Illumination Park is a fantastic adventure for whole families and an excellent idea for an evening stroll for enthusiasts of modern multimedia. This is the first attraction of this type in the region, which was created thanks to the cooperation of Lumina and the UMCS Botanical Garden. The employees of "Botanika" and the Lower Silesian company also took care of the educational layer of all attractions - during the walk you can learn many interesting facts about the trees and shrubs growing in the Garden, presented in an accessible way for both children and adults passionate about nature, especially dendrology.

The Illumination Park will be open to all interested parties until the end of February this year, from Thursday to Sunday, from around 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last admission at 8:00 p.m.). Tickets are available at www.bilety.luminapark.pl and at the ticket office of the Botanical Garden.

The Wrocław-based company Lumina specializes in the organization of illumination parks, founded on the initiative of the stock exchange company ATM - the most significant Polish TV producer, and the company Topacz Investments - the owner of the Zamek Topacz Art & SPA hotel complex. This year, Lumina will organize Illumination Parks in Zamek Topacz near Wrocław, in the Botanical Garden of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, in the Dendrological Garden in Poznań and Bydgoszcz, in the Forest Park - Myślcinek.
