Please find below information of the holiday gratification in 2025.

In 2025, as in previous years, applications for individual vacation subsidies for employees, referred to as "vacation gratuity," will be submitted electronically at the following address: https://forms.office.com/e/z64h4xM4Cw.
After clicking the link, a form will appear which, once completed and submitted by clicking the "Submit" button, is automatically filed. The employee will then receive confirmation that the form has been correctly completed and submitted.
According to the Social Benefits Fund Regulations (Regulation No. 68/2014 dated November 13, 2014, §9 of the UMCS Social Benefits Fund Regulations), there are two conditions for receiving the vacation gratuity:

Taking a minimum of 14 days of vacation leave, entered into the SAP system and approved by the direct supervisor.

Submitting the application.
In connection with the opportunity to apply for vacation gratuity in 2025, I kindly ask heads of organizational units to provide computer access to employees and assist them with completing the application forms.
In exceptional cases, paper applications will be accepted from support staff.
The amount of vacation gratuity for UMCS employees in 2025 is presented in the table below:

Retirees and pensioners working at UMCS who benefit from social services granted to retirees are not entitled to receive subsidies for individually organized vacations.
Please also note that the first payment of the vacation gratuity is scheduled for July 4, 2025.
