As of the academic year 2019/2020 all Doctoral Programs are run by the UMCS Doctoral Schools on the basis of the Higher Education Act of July 20, 2018. The candidates for the Doctoral Program in Political Science and Public Administration (in English) should apply to the UMCS Doctoral School in Social Science.
