Mr. Luis Costa Ribas is the US correspondent for the SIC Television network in Portugal. He also worked as a consultant for Semba Communication, editor in chief of Voice of America for Africa in 2010-2013. He has 35 years of experience as a reporter and a correspondent reporting on elections from all over the world.
