We are pleased to announce the XXIV Nuclear Physics Workshop organized by the Department of Theoretical Physics of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin in collaboration with Heavy Ion Laboratory of the University of Warsaw (HIL UW). This annual conference is devoted mainly to the theoretical achievements in low-energy nuclear physics. The general subject of the Workshop is:
„Spontaneous symmetry breaking in nuclear physics”
The special session will be devoted to the 20th anniversary of the research of spontaneous chiral symmetry breaking in nuclear structure physics started by the paper by Stefan Frauendorf and Jie Meng (Nucl. Phys. A 617, 131 (1997)).
